Located less than two miles from Downtown Athens and walking distance to Terrapin Brewery, this home offers a private upstairs bedroom and a full bath that might be shared with other guests. My wife and I decided to open up our two spare bedrooms, and have enjoyed meeting the many wonderful people who have stayed with us. We live here with our 3 dogs (2 small, 1 medium). I try to be home when guests check in, but there is a key in a lockbox just in case!
